We make our living from looking after websites long-term, not from big upfront design fees. That keeps a professional website within reach of every local business, not just the big boys.
Am I tied into a contract?
Nope. Your plan is rolling monthly with no cancellation fees, so you're free to cancel whenever you like. We'd rather keep you because you're happy.
How quickly will my website be ready?
You'll see your first draft within 3 days, often sooner. Once you're on board, we'll make your revisions and most websites go live within about a week. How quickly really depends on how much fine-tuning you'd like.
Can I ask for changes to the design?
Of course! As many as you like. We'll keep refining it until you're completely chuffed with it. And after launch, just send over any changes and we'll sort them for you.
Can I edit my website myself?
Yes. If you'd like access to your website dashboard, just ask. There you can update text, photos and prices whenever you like. Or, if you'd rather not, just message Jim and he'll do it for you.
How many pages can I have?
No arbitrary page limits. Your website can grow right alongside your business.
Does it include a domain name?
Not as standard, and that's on purpose. We recommend you register your domain yourself (a .co.uk or .com is usually around £10 a year), so it's always yours, no matter what.
When you're ready to launch, we'll handle all the technical bits to connect it. Rather not deal with it at all? Just say the word and we'll register one for you.
What happens if I cancel?
Your website stays online until the end of your current billing period. If you'd like to keep it, we can offer you the option to buy your website outright for a one-off fee so you can move it elsewhere. Your domain is always yours regardless.
